austin’s slacking a bit on authentic asian food, here are my favorites on repeat!

Our Favorites: duck skewers, oxtail pho, peking duck, flaming cheesecake

this is our classic go to for dim sum (not authentic - but still good) and peking duck when we’re craving it. if you go with friends, highly recommend the whole fish to share! DO NOT SKIP THE FLAMIN’ CHEESECAKE — its worth the experience!

our favorite banh mi place in the city, it’s family owned and if you eat in, you also get a free soup!

Uncle Phan's Fresh Tofu Restaurant

Our Favorites: bun rieu, banh canh

this reminds me of the asian deli’s i used to go to growing up. they have freshly made tofu and other vietnamese snacks/entrees.

An Nyeong K-Tofu & BBQ

Our Favorites: spicy marinated crab, galbi tang, bibimbop, galbi, spicy cold noodles (Arrowroot)

when i’m craving comfort Korean food - this is it. Austin doesn’t have any solid kbbq places yet :(

this very small family owned vietnamese restaurant blew us away. always packed and has a wait but definitely worth getting there right when they open. you have to appreciate the decor and details they put into every part of the restaurant!
