Cooking Instructions

WASH YOUR VEGGIES

  • Wash and prep your veggies and herbs before getting started.

Prep the tomatoes

  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to a large bowl along with the sliced green onions.

Season

  • Add the gochugaru, sesame oil, and a pinch of salt. Toss gently until every tomato is coated.

Let it sit

  • Let it rest for 10 minutes so the tomatoes release their juices and mix with the seasoning into a dressing.

  • Taste, adjust the salt, and serve at room temperature or chilled.

Tips & Notes

  • Adjust the gochugaru up or down depending on how much heat you like.

  • Best enjoyed the day it's made, since the tomatoes soften over time.

  • Spoon the juices over rice, it's the best part.
